主席先生，
国别权审议是各国在联合国就人权问题进行平等坦诚交流开展建设性对话合作的重要平台。
中方支持各国积极的参与国别人权审议。
鉴于上述中方愿参加L62号决议草案协商一致
同时我们希望人权理事会未来在处理类似不参与国家的同的时候，能够采取一视同仁的态度。
