Thank you Chair,
It is with great honour that I speak today on the vital collaboration between NGOs and enterprises in fulfilling social responsibilities and protecting human rights.
I am Wei Dandan, representing the China Foundation for Rural Development CFRD. In the past five years, CFRD partnered with Alibaba Philanthropy to implement the Panda Pack Project which has provided school bags filled with educational materials, art supplies and hygiene products to 1.54 million beneficiaries across 16 countries.
The impact of this cooperation extended beyond mere material support, they symbolized hope and opportunity for the children and represented a step towards ensuring every child has access to quality education, a fundamental human right. Such collaborations showed how NGOs and corporations can unite to make meaningful contributions to society.
Together, we can address critical issues and promote human rights protection ,holding hands to build a community with a shared future for mankind and achieve the 2030 Agenda. Thanks!
