Mr Vice president.
China firmly opposes the United States and other countries, and Non-Governmental Organizations hyping up the issue of so called DPRK defectors and slandering China based on false information.
As China said in its speech,North Koreans who illegally enter into China violate China’s relevant laws and regulations on Entry and Exist Management and disrupt China’s entry and exit order.North Koreans who enter the country illegally are illegal migrants, not refugees, and should not be dealt with according to the non-
refoulement principle.
China is a country governed by the rule of law.It has always investigated it and dealt with all illegal immigrants, including North Koreans in accordance with the law.
China has protected the rights of relevant personnel in accordance with the law, including providing necessary living environment,food,medical care,outdoor activities,and translation and food,respecting their personal dignity.
China urges relevant countries and Non-Governmental Organizations to stop making false accusations against China.
