We encourage China within its policy that respects the principle one country two systems with reference to the administrative region of Hong Kong and we stand in solidarity with the government of China in its cooperation with the council.
In conclusion,we reaffirm our commitment to work with the council,our availability to cooperate closely with all of its mechanisms in order to meet our international obligations.
And we would urge China to continue its constructive dialogue with the council,with in the spirit of full respect for its sovereignty.Thank you.
