主席先生，
中方支持加纳代表非洲组提出的不归还非法资金对人权的负面影响决议。
中方认为不归还非法资金严重影响有关人权的实现支持将非法资金返还来源国，呼吁加强追赃和被盗资金的返还力度。
与此同时，中方支持发挥联合国反腐败公约在反腐败国际合作中的主渠道作用，继续推动联合国全球反腐败执法合作网络建设，加强反洗钱和资产追回国际合作。
