We appreciate continued commitment of China in developing National Human Rights Action Plans and promoting the right to development.
In a constructive spirit, we recommend China to:
- Continue to advance the right to health by improving the regulatory framework to prevent, prepare and respond to pandemics.
- Strengthen the protection of freedom of religion or belief for all people and ensure its effective implementation on the ground.
- Continue the efforts to ensure the rights of all migrant workers and members of their families are fully safeguarded.
Finally, we wish China a successful UPR.
