Thank you,chairman,ladies and gentlemen,
I expressed my serious concern about one aspect of adolescent human rights,adolescent mental health issues such as depression.Adolescent mental health is one of the Top priorities for the Chinese education,the health authorities.
As NGO.We are working to build psycho social support system. I’d like to share experience and reflections.Besides raising public awareness,we are exploring the provision procedures and protocols with different scenarios in our three pilot schools in different ages.
We carry out the works in three aspects.The first to support psychological mentors with professional empowerment and supervisory and enrich all teachers was relevant knowledge.The second to educate parents to make mental health friendly daily life in home. The third to directly offer mental health courses for the children,helping them was positive value and feelings about the difficulties in life.
This is a common problem, let’s work together to ensure that adolescence mental problem is visible,understood,and cured.
