主席先生，
中方重视儿童权利保障，秉持人工智能为儿童，发挥人工智能在辅导儿童心理健康方面的重要作用。
中方注意到数字技术普及为儿童权利保护带来的风险挑战，以及发展中国家因技术资金不足所面临的困难，支持国际社会在数字环境下为保护儿童权利所做的努力。
中国代表团对L19.REV1号决议草案提案国推动人权理事会关注这一重要议题，并就决议草案积极与各方磋商表示感谢。 中方支持沙特等国提交的数字环境中的儿童权利保护决议草案参与共提。 谢谢主席先生。
