The Cyber Security Law of the People’s Republic of China focuses on comprehensive governance of cyber space, and law in the data field, the Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China centers on data processing activities. the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China protects natural persons’rights and interests of personal information.
At the same time, China raises users’ awareness of privacy and protection through public service advertisement and other forms ,and has made digital platform of enterprises.The first person responsible for user privacy protection and has implemented the main responsibility of enterprises to supervise the protection of personal privacy’s data.
