Thank you,Mr president.
We call for attention to express our great concern about ongoing human rights violation in China on cultural of Tibetan. As a culture and religious minority,the Tibetan people continue to face systematic oppression and violations of the fundamental human rights as enshrined in the Universe of Declaration of Human Rights.
Tibetan monks died in custody due to torture and ill-treatment. Tibetans are forced to move into the urban areas for migration and assimilation.This policy is destroying traditional livelihood and weakening the culture identity of the of the 3 million people.When the restrictions of freedom of movement,and systematic separation of the Tibetan language and culture in education.
Tibetan Buddhism faced severe restrictions,monasteries are closed, languages and education marginalized in favor of China, and nature destroyed in economic gain.Independent access to Tibet is restricted,making it difficult to verify official claims.
However,consistent reports from the human rights groups, journalists and the former Tibetan residents paint a very different picture.
We ask this council for following three recommendations to China.
One, allow all the UN members free access to Tibet,
Two, release all political prisoners and and arbitrary detention of peace activists.
Three,respect Tibetan people’s freedom of religion and belief.
Even at this moment,they are suffering, We need to take a decisive action, silence is not our choice.
