human rights includes the right to survival development and food,especially for the poor migrants and other vulnerable groups.
The Paris agreement acknowledge that climate change is a common concern of human kind.Parties should be taking actions to address climate change respect,promote and consider their respective obligations on human rights.
China has been it important in contribution to everything,climate change and safeguarding food security.
By 2022.The carbon dioxide release in China has dropped over 51% compared with 2005.
In 2023,China installed capacity of non- fossil energy power generation accounted for 53.9%,China has taken an active part in international cooperation on climate change,we have arranged ￥20 billion special funds to support South-South cooperation, putting forward international food security cooperation initiative ,and support developing countries in strengthening agricultural and climate change capacity building.
We call on all countries to honor their commitments ,developed countries,in particular,should increase financial and technical support to help developing countries improve their ability to cope with climate challenges and ensure food security.
