l am Li Shouping from the China Society for Human Rights Studies and a law professor of Beijing Institute of Technology.
The environmental rights enjoyed by human beings is clarified of human rights, the management and the disposal of hazardous substances is by law means a matter of a country. You should consider environment,health and safety and other factors.
On 24th August this year,ignoring the stronger opposition of international community,the Japanese government discharged contaminated water from the Fukushima nuclear accident into the sea. What Japan had done is to transfer risk to the world to extend the pain to the future generation of human humanity,to violate the health development and the environmental rights of peoples of all countries.
Right now,I think it may be even needed to reclaim against the humanity. so As a scholar,I call for the international community force on pay more attention to the issue, and also I call for the special report and international community for for further discuss the issue, especially for the irresponsibility on this issue.
