We are concerned about the accuracy in which can respond to negative campaigns against the number of countries and governments, as the case of China and Nicaragua,we need to have a constructive dialogue.

We need to have mutual cooperation on the area of human rights and the principles with non selectivity, objectivity and non politicization.
