Thank you very much for giving me the floor, Mr vice president’s .I would like to express the solidarity to Morocco and Libya. The reconciliation national unity government is very worried about the politicization of this forum, which shows selectivity,including in the work of the High Commissioner. We are seeing human rights being used as a tool to attack governments that are not aligned with western policies.
This undermines the very principles of the UDHR and and the values of human rights.We believe the council should abide by the principles,according to which it was established.
Nicaragua,therefore ,restates it’s supports for China. There are regions which are inalienable parts of China and we commend the efforts made by China to safeguard their rights.We are against false information and politicizing of issues to attack the People’s Republic of China.
We commend the cooperation of China with human rights mechanisms,including OHCHR.We believe that the reports produced a show selectivity and politicization of the work of the office of the High Commissioner. We believe that the work of OHCHR should promote a genuine dialogue between all members.
