大概内容：
Chinese people always say women is the sky, half of the world.We think if we can guarantee women’s rights for survival and development,supporting alleviation of discrimination, and fair employment that will empower women’s full play.
From 2012,I started shared home’s farm .We provide about 6,000 families in Beijing.At the same time,we also provide 60 employment for women farmers at my farm to help them learn about sustainable farming and also help them sell their products to increase their economic income.
Women in agriculture field has many advantages of our products and sustainable development, so that they will adopt more environmentally growing practice.
And women are care more about social responsibility.They care about the their rural communities. This year is also gonna declaration and program of action.
Through the past 30 years,I have seen Chinese government always practice development for human rights and through all the channels to promote women’s power,I hope all the countries and also international organizations,we can increase our cooperation.
