Madam vice president,
At present,the global situation is complex and of uncertainty.We are on halfway through the 2030 agenda.However,the implementation of SDGs is far lagging behind the expectations. confrontations and fractures out of ideology is exgegrabeting , which deeply impacts the promotion and protection of human rights.
Global governance calls for more public goods.From 2021 Now,China has discussed successfully proposed to the Global Development Initiative,the Global Security Initiative,and the Global Civilization Initiative,contributing solutions to addressing the global challenges.
The Global Gevelopment Initiative focuses on HK cooperation areas to accelerate the implementation of SDGS,contributing to the achievement of right to development.
The Global Security Initiative uphold the vision of common comprehensive,cooperative,and sustainable security,stepping up efforts to promote common security,world peace and development.
The Global Civilization Initiative advocates respect for the diversity of world civilization.
We encourage countries and civil society to support the three initiatives,strengthening the role of the UN and work together to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
