Mr. Dolkun Isa: Thank you, Mr vice president, once again, I am in this Council to urge member states of UN and bodies to addess the ongoing genocide in China. It has been over a year since the High Commissioner assessment, but ( disrupted by Chinese delegation)

中方有理由质疑该名代表的身份，他并非所谓的非政府组织成员。而是东突反华分裂组织的成员。允许这样的人在人权理事会平台从事反华分裂活动，严重违反了联合国宪章的宗旨和原则。
这也违反了人权理事会的议事规则，我们要求主席立即终止该代表的发言，并在此后责成秘书处对其身份进行核查，避免此类事情再次发生，谢谢副主席先生。
Vice president: Thank you. The NGOs in conservative status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations can actually the persons of their choosing， complaints about the conduct of an NGO should be addressed to the NGO committee of ECOSOC. Mr. Dolkun Isa:
Thank you. Since then , many UN experts have repeatedly their concerns, including CESCR and CERD committee have also issued their concluding observation urging China to end the counter-terrorism policy, legitimizing the operation.
Just yesterday, UN special rapporteurs have expressed grave concern of the forced separation on Uyghur children with expansion of the state-run boarding school , and the religion , linguistic rights. Despite increasing UN documents, this council have failed to meaningful address accountable avenues.
In the meantime, Uyghurs in diaspora watch our relatives disappearing one by one, receiving the news about the death and continuously facing reprisals.
Just a few days ago, we learned that professor Rahile Dawut’s life imprisonment. My own brother Isa also was sentenced to life imprisonment.I lost my mother in the concentration camp.
In recent visit in Ürümqi, Xi Jinping repeated such counter-terrorism policy are long term plan( disrupted by Chinese delegation again)
