I’m from the China Ethnic Minorities’ Association for External Exchanges.The rights to develop is an integral part of human rights.
China has always attach great importance to protection and promotion of the rights to the development of the ethnic minority, which is in line with the mission of the chart of United Nations.
First of all,China safeguards its rights to development of ethnic minority through a legal system,implementing the system of autonomy, the constitution also supports the central government shared assistance in development of economic and culture in the ethnic areas.
Secondly, China has enforced and arranged of policy aimed at promoting the development of ethnic minorities.From 2018 to 2022. their per capital grown from RMB 45,000 to RMB 62,000,these efforts have been interactively exchanged and integrated among all ethnic groups.and They encourage all ethnic groups to move forever together towards China’s modernization.
