Thank you, My name is Hao yu Cui, from China Foreign Affairs University.
Harmonious criticism among definitions ,race,religious and linguistic jobs and mutual respect for each other’s identification and source of social and cultural diversity of human beings,and the great asset for all mankind.
The granting of special protection to the minorities and the preservation and development of the unique culture, religious, linguistic and social characteristics is not only the human rights members of this group should enjoy,but also can contribute to the political and social stability of all the countries.It can strengthen friendship and cooperation around the world and is a decisive factor for international peace and stability.
China is a staunch supporter of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action and peacefully implements human rights conventions at the contracting party.The Chinese constitution enshrines the principle of equality of all ethnic groups and the law on ethnic autonomy have been promulgated and implemented.
The Chinese government left no ethnic behind in the process to build a prosperous society, on the basis of principles of equality and non-discrimination,we call on all countries to participate in and promote the dialogue exchanges , and cooperation in line with the vision of a community of a shared future.
