We recommends:
- Continue to pursue the Chinese human rights development path and take an active part in international human rights governance.
- Continue to be deeply engaged in the global industrial division of labor and cooperation, and endeavor to preserve the diversity and stability of the international economic landscape.
- Improve the mechanism for preventing a return to poverty and implement regular monitoring of the population susceptible to a return to poverty.
