Thank you, Mr. President,
We congratulate the delegation of China upon the presentation of her report and commend the government of China for continued prioritization of the social economic rights that positive influence the enjoyment of all other rights.
In the spirit of constructive dialogue, we would like to make 2 recommendations.
- Strengthen national mechanisms to protect rights of the girls and women by including them in political decision making.
- Continue to strengthen the existing laws and make policies to protect the rights of economic migrants especially migrants of African descent.
Uganda wishes China a successful review.
