1. China has formulated and enforced four cycles of national human rights action plans, and fulfilled all targets and tasks set in the National Human Rights Action Plan (2016-2020). We welcome China’s continuous efforts in this regard. At the same time, we would like to ask what role did the Chinese NGOs play in formulating and enforcing this NAP?
2. Considering China’s valuable efforts for improving the public cultural service system, and also developing the cultural cause and cultural industry, we ask for sharing some specific practices and experience in this field.
3. Being aware of China’s intention for advancing legal system for cyberspace, could you mention latest developments in strengthening comprehensive governance of the cyberspace?
