Mr President,
We regret the recent deportation of Uygurs from Thailand to China.
We emphasize that those deported Uyghurs have to be able to receive fair and humany treatment in China and that human rights must be protected.
We remain steadfast in our commitment to working with the international community and civil society to promote and protect human rights,guided by the principle of human security and the concept of living no one behind.
