President, ladies and gentlemen, representatives,
We fully support what the ShangXi Patriotic Volunteer Association representative has said. Any action in favor of human rights is jeopardized and global and regional stability will be undermined if we do not work together. We support the international patriotic initiative which puts solidarity at the heart of development and international cooperation.
This initiative transcends boundaries to promote peace, unity and justice throughout the world and can meet the profound aspirations of our people to seek a better world, a world of peace, a world where we can guarantee equal balanced rights for all for a more stable world.
