The ongoing violations of civil and political rights abuses in China, China must fully cooperate with the OHCHR in implementing the recommendation outline in the report detailing severe human violation in Xinjiang .
China also must ensure the release of all human rights defenders and grant access to Tibet for the High Commissioner and UN mandate holders.Concerns arise regarding the situation Hong Kong, notably pertaining the National Security Law.
