Mr. President,
Ethiopia warmly welcomes the delegation of China to the 45th Session of the UPR Working Group of the Human Rights Council.
Ethiopia applauds China for improving the criminal litigation system, rigorously implements legal principles so as to make the judicial procedures of human rights in a more orderly way and with stronger credibility.
In the spirit of constructive engagement,Ethiopia recommends to the delegation of China to continue to strengthen the development of a culture of rule of law in society and carry out publicity and education on the rule of law.
Finally, Ethiopia wishes a successful engagement to the delegation of China.
